By downloading or using the Live Stories — Coloring Book by Numbers application (“the App”), you agree to these
Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the App or its content without prior written permission. All illustrations, designs, graphics, and content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings Prices may vary depending on your region and are displayed in the App Store.

3. Free Trials (If Available)

If a free trial is offered: The free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription

4. Content and Availability

We reserve the right to: Add, modify, or remove content Change features, pricing, or availability at any time We do not guarantee that all content will always be available.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
